Community Tennis Associations (CTAs) - working with local park and recreation departments, tennis clubs and schools - are powerful tools for building strong tennis participation. These grassroots associations provide the framework for mobilizing tennis within communities, thereby growing the game of tennis - the sport of a lifetime. USTA Vermont through USTA New England provides financial support to cities, towns and communities for the development of CTAs in Vermont. There are a number of CTAs in Vermont, but quite frankly more are needed, especially in smaller communities. If you would like more and better tennis within your community consider starting a Community Tennis Association.
